Evolution is impossible without improvement. That’s why we established our OMS Control Towers, which opened in the summer of 2018.
Located in bustling Shenzhen and Qingdao, our Control Towers are a place where we can step back and measure ourselves, our partners and suppliers, and our many customers. By using technology created in-house and fully customized Business Intelligence tools, we sift through the data minute-by-minute.
The result? Anything – and everything – can be evaluated. Timing and performance. Accuracy and quality control. Equipment and fulfillment. All with the ultimate goal of bettering ourselves, our customers, suppliers, carrier partners, and the overall process.
