Our accessibility commitment

OW Logistics wants everyone to be able to use owlogistics.com, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they rely on. So we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How the site is built

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks, plus a "Skip to content" link.
• Full keyboard support, including the menu, carousels, video player and forms, with visible focus states.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, while screen readers skip purely decorative imagery.
• Form fields with persistent labels and clear, announced error messages.
• Respect for your operating system's "reduce motion" setting, which switches off animation and background video.
• Text that scales with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.

Known limitations

We host some videos on YouTube, so they rely on YouTube's captions, which may be auto-generated. In addition, some downloadable documents may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to improve both.
