Reporting a security vulnerability

If you are a security researcher, developer or user and believe you have found a security or privacy vulnerability on our site, please contact our Security Team at InfoSec@oceanwide-log.com.

What to include

• A description of the issue and where it occurs (URL, component or system).
• Steps to reproduce it, and any proof-of-concept.
• The potential impact, as you understand it.
• How we can reach you for follow-up.

Our approach

We will acknowledge your report, keep you informed as we investigate, and work to fix confirmed issues promptly. Please give us reasonable time to resolve a problem before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, modify or delete data that isn't yours, degrade our services, or use social engineering while testing.

We know data security is of paramount importance, so we place high standards on ensuring it is safely and respectfully secured — and we appreciate everyone who helps us keep it that way.
