This Cookie Policy explains how OW Logistics ("OWL", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on owlogistics.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
We take a consent-first approach for every visitor, wherever you are: apart from the strictly necessary cookie that remembers your choice, no analytics or marketing technologies load until you opt in. You can change your mind at any time.

Strictly necessary — always on
Needed for the site to work and to remember your choices (such as your privacy settings or a closed announcement). You cannot switch these off, but we never use them to track you.

Analytics — off until you opt in
Help us understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, how people arrive and where the experience can be improved. We use Google Analytics alongside our own site measurement, and look at the results in aggregate.

Marketing — off until you opt in
Used by HubSpot, our customer relationship platform, to recognize returning visitors, connect website activity to inquiries you choose to send us, and measure our marketing. Where state law treats this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, switching this category off is how you opt out.

Forms and video
Forms. Our contact and demo forms send the details you type directly to HubSpot when you press submit. Submitting a form does not, by itself, place marketing cookies on your device.
Video. YouTube hosts the videos on this site, and they play in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you choose to play a video. Once you do, YouTube may store information on your device in line with Google's Privacy Policy.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal — available in browsers such as Firefox, Brave and DuckDuckGo, and via extensions — we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. Marketing cookies stay off and cannot be switched on while the signal is present, and the site displays "Opt-Out Preference Signal Honored" so you can see it has been applied.
Managing your choices
You can review or change your choices at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer of every page, or the button at the top of this policy. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; however, blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works. To opt out of Google Analytics on every website, not just ours, you can install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
