Expanding our Indochina footprint to Laos.

We already have a strong presence in Indochina. Now we're proud to open our new Laos office in Vientiane. It also deepens a regional network that spans Vietnam, Thailand and Cambodia.

The opening is the latest step in our growing network in the region. With the new Laos office, we can bring even more local know-how to the customers who rely on us.

Why a Laos office?

Laos is fast becoming a logistics hub in the heart of Southeast Asia. It has no coastline, yet it borders big economies such as China, Thailand and Vietnam. As a result, it plays a key role in linking supply chains across Indochina. Trade through the country keeps growing, so Laos is a natural fit as we grow.

What this means for our customers

A team in Laos means more local support for you. It also means freight plans built around your needs, and smoother moves across borders in Indochina. In addition, the new office is part of our wider OWL Asia network of 18 offices. So we're better placed than ever to handle complex global supply chains.

Our Laos team offers a full range of services. These include Origin Management Services (OMS), Air Freight and NVOCC solutions. Every one of them runs on OWL Vision, our technology platform.

Technology at the heart of our growth

Visibility and control are key to a supply chain that works. That's why our Laos team uses OWL Vision every day. It's the platform we run with best-in-class partners Gnosis, Chain.io and CargoWise, and it goes well beyond basic shipment tracking. For example, it flags problems early, tracks your KPIs and turns data into clear next steps.

OWL Vision works hand in hand with our local expertise. Together, they help customers cut costs, work more efficiently and find their way through Indochina's unique logistics landscape.

Looking ahead

The Laos office is more than a milestone. Above all, it shows our commitment to serving customers where they need us most. We're excited about what this step means for our team, our customers and the Indochina region as a whole.
