We're a global company with offices across Asia, Europe and North America. So these in-person gatherings are truly invaluable, and this year was no exception. Alongside the OWL Asia and USA team, we also welcomed several key vendor partners and customers. The mix made for an incredible few days of business strategy, celebration and a little Nashville charm.
Reflecting on Our Achievements
The week kicked off on Tuesday evening with a warm welcome on the terrace, over hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Then the mornings were packed with strategy sessions. We shared updates on OWL's progress and the market. We also looked at our future plans, including OWL Vision 2.0.
I had the honor of opening our company update on Wednesday morning. I looked back at the strides we've made. For example, we've built up our OMS capabilities, grown our footprint in Asia and kept improving the customer experience. Next, fellow executives Dave Boothe and David Wong shared their insights. They covered the market, our progress in the USA and Asia, and what lies ahead. Above all, it was a chance to recognize our team's resilience and commitment.

But it wasn't all business! We kept the afternoons free to explore Nashville. Highlights included the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Johnny Cash Museum and a relaxing round of golf. The evenings were just as memorable, too. A boat tour on the Cumberland River and a honky-tonk crawl down Broadway gave us plenty of stories to take home.

Why Our Bi-Annual Team Meeting Matters
Remote work is fast becoming the norm. So time together in person matters more than ever. It also reflects the people-first culture that defines OW Logistics.
We hold our all-hands team meeting every two years. It gives our global team a chance to share experiences and agree on our mission and goals. From strategy sessions to chats over coffee, these conversations fuel our drive.
A real highlight this year was having key partners and customers with us. That way, we heard directly from the people our services are for. Their insights continue to shape our go-to-market strategy. They also show us how key parts of our business, such as OWL Vision and its supporting services, affect their daily work. In short, these connections remind us why we do what we do, and how we can grow to meet their needs.
Some may wonder why we spend three days on internal meetings. The answer is simple. They help us deliver better service and more value to our customers and partners.
When we're together, we better understand each other's challenges and strengths. As a result, we work together more smoothly, solve problems faster and, in the end, serve our clients better.
Looking Ahead with Optimism
As our time in Nashville came to a close, I felt a renewed sense of energy and optimism.
Bringing team members, partners and customers together reminded us why we do what we do. We're building something that lasts. That means a company that cares deeply about the people it serves, and always aims to be better tomorrow than it was yesterday.
These gatherings help keep OWL a place where people feel connected, valued and inspired. That, in turn, drives us to push boundaries and find new ways to serve our customers. I've seen our team's dedication and heard our partners' incredible feedback. So I'm confident we're on the right path.
To our customers and partners, thank you for your continued trust in OWL. It's a privilege to work with you. We're committed to building a future that benefits you every step of the way. And to our team in the US, Asia and everywhere in between, thank you for the hard work and energy you bring every day.

Here’s to the next chapter and continuing the journey together.
Eric
