So the new offices give our customers in North America, the UK and Europe access to our latest tech and our value-added origin services. They'll also get the world-class service they already know from our other offices and facilities across Asia.

Why is this global expansion important?
First of all, OWL needs to be wherever our customers’ sourcing takes them.
So these offices give our customers local insight, expertise and a team on the ground. That matters as they start to source beyond China. Many are now looking at Central and North Asia, South East Asia and the subcontinent.
Who is heading up the team?
The teams will include local Vietnamese, Thai, Cambodian and Laotian staff. They'll work alongside our regional OWL managers from China and the US.

What does this mean for our OWL customers?
Our customers are looking to “re-source” some categories to countries outside China. As they do, they can count on the same dedicated OWL team. That team knows international trade, from management to day-to-day operations.
Our Asia sourcing division, 28One, is also expanding into the Indochina region. So we'll have not only logistics expertise on the ground, but sourcing expertise and QI Services as well.
Just as important, our Import Management System, Mercado, shows customers their whole import supply chain on one shared global platform. You might be buying from Shenzhen, Suzhou, Sihanoukville or Saigon. Either way, our staff and system work with your suppliers. Together, they give you “one version of the truth” for your import orders and shipping status.

Simply put, you'll get our one-stop shop and modern technology. On top of that, you'll get boutique, retail-focused, kid-glove service.
We're also expanding our patent-pending “Gain Share” and “No Roll” programs to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Both have been very popular with our current China to North America customers, and they've delivered real benefits.
